June 2006. Jim Wallen began his career in real estate along side Martin Levy at Merrill Lynch/Prudential California Realty over 20 years ago. After ten years as a top producing agent, Jim provided leadership and gained valuable experience as the Vice President of Operations for LightGuard Systems Inc. in Santa Rosa . Recognizing real estate as his true passion, Jim returned to the industry as Vice President and Managing Broker at Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate in 2003. Naturally, his decision to focus on sales led him back to Martin Levy & Associates, where he will represent clients in estate, residential, and commercial properties, as well as specialize in builder and institutional procurements.
