Judd Foell

Judd and Tracy Foell, native-born Californians both grew up in Marin County and graduated from Marin Catholic High in 1988. After college, Judd and Tracy moved to Santa Rosa where they have lived for the past 13 years.

Both Judd and Tracy have been successful in their previous jobs. Judd has learned and mastered the printing and mailing business, while Tracy has enjoyed having a career in teaching elementary school. Nothing is more important to Judd and Tracy than their three beautiful children.

After moving every two years since they have been married, Judd and Tracy finally decided to go into the business that they have always dreamed of doing - buying and selling homes! These two, work as a team, are young, motivated and successful! With Judd’s outgoing and confident personality and Tracy's patience and organizational skills, there is no doubt that these two will also conquer the real estate business!

Past experience over the years in buying and selling real estate for personal investments has given them a strong foundation and a head start as licensed Realtors.

In addition to working in their yard, Judd and Tracy love spend time with their children. For them, it doesn't get any better than to go to a basketball game or a dance recital and cheer their children on! The favorite vacation spot for the Foell family is Disneyland!
