Steve Dangler

As a native Californian, I find Northern California to be one of the most beautiful places to live. In 1982 I bought 40 acres west of Ukiah. There I designed and built my home.

Working as a General Contractor specializing in custom homes, I have worked from San Jose to Laytonville, and the Coast to the Sierra foothills. Designing homes gave me the freedom to work closely with my clients and take their desires and design them into their home. Land development created new challenges to incorporate into each final package. The building industry keeps you very close to Realtors, bankers, title companies, architects, structural engineers, planning and building departments.

As a Realtor, I am now expanding my field to help more people find their dream home and location. Selling real estate is like sailing. You have to stay on course to reach your destination. Let’s sign the contract and sail to closing.
